Pre-Qualification Documents Required:
- Valid & Legible Picture ID
- Copy of Social Security Card
- Proof of Citizenship or Residency Status (IF APPLICABLE)
- 30 Days Worth of Paystubs (2 if Bi-Weekly & 4 if Weekly)
- Last 2 Years W2 of 1099 Form
- Last 2 Years Personal Tax Returns (ALL PAGES)
- Copy of Amended Tax Returns (1040X - IF APPLICABLE)
- Last Two Months Bank Statements, All Accounts (ALL PAGES, EVEN IF BLANK)
If Self-Employed:
- YTD Profit & Loss / Balance Sheet
- Last 2 Years K1 Tax Return (IF APPLICABLE)
- Last 2 Years 1065, 1120, 1120S Tax Return (IF APPLICABLE)
If Additional Real Estate Is Owned:
- Provide Most Recent Mortgage Statement
- Copy of Current Homeowner's Insurance, Flood Insurance & Wind Policy (IF APPLICABLE)
- Copy of HOA Payment Coupon (IF APPLICABLE)
- Copy of Current Real Estate Lease Agreement or Pending Sales Contract Associated With Property (IF APPLICABLE)
If Applicable:
- Full Bankruptcy/Discharge Documents
- Final Dissolution of Marriage / Marital Settlement Agreement
- Social Security / Pension Award Letter
- Any other documentation that may be related to your credit, income or assets that may be associated with the qualification of this loan
